Senior Marine Biologist

Stacy Buck specializes in environmental permitting and biological monitoring for shoreline stabilization projects on the east coast of Florida. Ms. Buck manages the environmental components of projects from pre-permit application coordination through final report deliverables. She designs and implements biological monitoring programs for marine resources and manages CPE’s in-house biological monitoring database. Ms. Buck is proficient in statistical analysis and prepares reports for monitoring programs that involve complex data and comply with standard QA/QC protocols. She has been trained in the application of the Uniform Mitigation Assessment Method (UMAM) to develop project-specific mitigation plans and is experienced in NEPA documentation.
