Senior Civil and Coastal Engineer
Joel R. Kubick, is a Senior Civil/Coastal Engineer with over 30 years of experience in civil and coastal engineering and land surveying. His expertise includes the design, permitting, and construction monitoring of various projects including shore protection, dredging, and site development for commercial, municipal, institutional, and private clients. He currently conducts a variety of services in support of projects in Massachusetts and elsewhere including engineering analysis, hydrographic and topographic surveys, development of plans and specifications, local, state, and federal permitting, construction observations, post-construction monitoring, and report preparation.
Mr. Kubick holds professional licensure in several states as a civil engineer (MA, CT, ME, & NC) and land surveyor (MA, CT, & ME) as well as being a FAA licensed Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) pilot collecting drone imagery and photogrametric topography in support of various projects. He is currently heading the CPE CAD group.
